The Pacemaster controller with D.C. Motor and operator's control is a complete non-regenerative adjustable speed drive system for use in the control of industrial machinery.

The controller is designed with conservatively rated power components. Pre-conditioned and tested logic semi-conductors, high frequency and transient voltage protection, adjustable current limit with zero overshoot, motor overload protection, and thyristor rated input fuses assist in providing reliability of the system and protection for the driven equipment. Phase locked loop sync circuit minimizes problems caused by "noisy" or badly "notched" input lines. Digital firing angle ramp generator is designed to eliminate need to align gate signals and result in unique "no bump" operation.

Modular construction results in a small, space saving package, yet permits ease of access to all components for servicing. All calibration pots are readily accessible. 6 Basic Models cover the full HP range for both non-reversing and reversing applications. The only variations are the contractor and overload sizing determined by motor HP. Standard Pacemaster 3 power modules are UL recognized.
