controllers. Aximate/C
is the ideal controller for high performance servo motion control and is
designed to meet the requirements of machine builders in packaging,
materials handling and general automation.
A single compact box functions as a
complete machine controller; providing motion control, opto-isolated
input/output, and a user friendly message display by way of the external
operator panel. The panel mount design allows easy integration into
systems, saving time over rack mount controllers.

Features
The Aximate/C
Motion Controller, with opto-isolated I/O and power supply, is designed
to provide one, two or three-axis of servo motion control. It
incorporates numerous other built-in design features:
- End mounted unit with screw
terminations for ease of commissioning.
- High performance closed-loop
servo or vector control with four-term PIVF controller.
- 64K or 128K credit card
memory interface for program storage, motion profiles or teach data.
- LCD display and keypad driver
for up to 64 keys in 8x8 matrix using CANbus interface.
- 18VAC input or 24VDC, on
board power supply providing isolated 24V output for machine I/O and
5V stabilized output for incremental encoders.
- Stand-alone operation or
controlled by host computer over RS232/485 link, up to 16 units on
RS485 multi-drop link.
